Cheap Rent in London and UK/abroad

Rent includes all bills and is around £30 per week!

INTRODUCTION

What you are about to discover is how to rent a home in London and elsewhere for around £30 per week. You might think that this is impossible, or it would be a run-down wreck. Not so. In fact, the properties available to rent include mansions, farm houses, offices, houses, flats and even pubs. What’s more, all bills are included in the rent – council tax, electricity, water, heating etc.

Sounds too good to be true? I promise you this is the real deal. I lived in an amazing empty mansion house (see pictures later) for 3 years, with acres of gardens, tennis courts, snooker tables and huge living space. I paid £35 per week which included all bills. Let me explain a bit more about it.

Have you ever wondered how many empty buildings there are in the UK, which are owned but not lived in? The answer is literally thousands. Owners of these properties would rather have people renting them than have then left empty and risking squatters or vandals to wreck the property.

More and more of these property owners are getting “house sitters” to live in the properties and protect them. Take a look at the following links to find out more:

Not many people know that these opportunities exist, or if they do, they don’t have the first idea how to go about it. This is where I’m glad to pass on my experience and information!

As I said before, I lived in a huge disused mansion house near Richmond for 3 years. It had a football pitch, tennis courts, snooker tables, and almost unlimited space. We had the whole place to ourselves!! This was a dream come true, and to only pay £35 per week including all bills was fantastic. I could finally start to save for a deposit on my own house. I can guarantee that your savings will add up very quickly indeed. I have now saved enough to buy a dream house of my own, and this would never have been possible without the cheap rent that I was lucky to get.

You might be thinking that to live in such an amazing house would be a one-off opportunity. Wrong. Please take a look at the list of properties that are currently available now:

  • Care homes
  • Warehouses
  • Mansions
  • Offices
  • Former country clubs,
  • Flats
  • Brand new offices
  • Hotels
  • Office spaces
  • Nursery schools
  • Houses
  • Pubs
  • Office blocks
  • Schools
  • Farm houses

Here’s a bit more information about how to get into these properties. You will go in as a property guardian. Your only obligation is to pay the agreed rent and live in the property in the same way you would with any other rental property.

Ok let’s get to to the point. Take a look at the following links:

The above links will give you all you need to start off. It’s just a case of choosing which property you would like to live in and filling out a few details. In my case, it only took a couple of weeks before we could move into our new house.
